The holidays may be the one time this year most of you buy stamps, and one thing is clear. By our holiday cards, you shall know our social media preoccupations. Facebook Timeline, Pinterest boards, Instagram feeds have all been translated into a digitally-ordered, hand-delivered paper good.
Knolling Your Polling Place
To knoll, as defined by artist Tom Sachs, is to eliminate the unnecessary, group by purpose, and arrange at 90 degrees. Polling place by polling place, I believe knolling could turn our ungainly election furniture into an architecture ... and save a lot of people a lot of time.

hits all the high spots of industrial design within a single man’s oeuvre. There are the utilitarian objects of desire; zoomy planes, trains and automobiles; the Futurama, seen by 25 million people. But there are also odder, more emotional moments.
